Return and Warranty Policy
LEGAL FRAMEWORK, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCEPTIONS PROVIDED BY LAW
According to Oug no. 34/2014 regarding the rights of consumers in contracts concluded with professionals, the consumer has the right* to notify the merchant in writing that he renounces the purchase (that he wants to return partially or fully), without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract.
*The consumer cannot unilaterally denounce (cannot return), under the conditions of art. 16, letters d), e), f), GEO 34/2014, contracts for the supply of products that , by their nature, cannot be returned (for example: supplements, cosmetic products) or which can degrade or damage quickly, intimate hygiene products and products that come into contact with mucous membranes.
APPLICABILITY
The right of return applies only to parapharmaceutical (non-pharmaceutical) products ordered and paid for via the Renadyl.ro / Renadyleurope.com website. The regulations of GEO 34/2014 regarding the right of return of to the consumer, the products ordered and paid for are not addressed to legal entities.
This article does not apply to medicines, supplements and vaccines presented on the website.
The return conditions refer to the online purchase of parapharmaceutical/non-pharmaceutical products. Medicines and supplements cannot be returned!
This article does not apply to OTC medicines that can be delivered in the EU, they cannot be returned!
