Transport and Payment Conditions
1. Delivery in Romania
1.1 Healthy Medical (Renadyl.ro / Renadyleurope.com) uses door-to-door delivery services and EasyBox®, through a partnership with Sameday – fast courier service, national and international.
1.2 The estimated delivery time, according to the table in section 3 “Delivery Fees,” is added to the order processing time. The processing time for an order is 2 working days (see section 4 “Processing and Delivery Times”).
1.3 The parcel’s route can be tracked by clicking on the AWB in the customer account, or by entering the order’s AWB number on the Sameday website.

2. International Delivery
2.1 The service is available via DHL, UPS, GLS, and Sameday. The general terms and conditions, delivery conditions, fees, GDPR, and cookies of each provider apply.
3. Delivery Fees
3.1 Delivery fees for orders placed through www.renadyl.ro / www.renadyleurope.com are listed in the table below and apply to orders up to 2 kg. For orders over 2 kg, an extra fee of 2.50 RON + VAT per additional kg applies. Delivery costs are automatically calculated in the order form based on the estimated weight. Delivery to the customer takes 2 working days from the time the courier collects the package and applies throughout Romania.
The list of remote locations can be consulted on https://sameday.ro. In exceptional cases, delivery may take 3–5 working days.
3.2 The delivery fee is calculated before finalizing the order, added to the product cost, and included in the amount paid online.
4. Processing and Delivery Times
4.1 Orders placed on www.renadyl.ro / www.renadyleurope.com are processed within a maximum of 2 working days, regardless of delivery method. This includes collection and packaging.
4.2 The estimated delivery time, according to the table in section 3, is added to the processing time.
4.3 Delivery time may be extended in exceptional cases, e.g., remote locations (see Sameday website) up to 3–5 working days.
4.4 For national deliveries, the courier attempts delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the customer is notified to pick up the package from the courier depot.
5. Areas Excluded from Delivery
5.1 According to Sameday policy. For Sulina, delivery time is 5 days.
5.2 Healthy Medical can also deliver via EasyBox.
6. Delivery Methods
6.1 Courier Delivery
6.1.1 Through Sameday partnership, deliveries are made by Sameday couriers, depending on availability.
6.1.2 For national deliveries, the courier attempts delivery twice; if unsuccessful, the customer must pick up the package from the depot.
6.2 Fast Pickup from EasyBox
6.2.1 Customers can choose personal pickup from EasyBox.
6.2.2 Products can only be picked up after order processing, upon receiving confirmation via email and/or SMS.
6.2.3 Customers have 2 working days to collect their order after notification.
6.3 Personal Pickup from EasyBox®
6.3.1 EasyBox® is a service provided by Sameday, founded in 2019, with the largest network in major Romanian cities.
6.3.2 The locker allows customers to pick up their package using a unique pickup code received via SMS/email immediately after the courier deposits the package.
6.3.3 The pickup code is unique; the maximum pickup period is 2 days.
6.3.4 The location map, including temperature and schedule, is available on our site and the partner’s official website.
6.4 Delivery and Pickup of OTC Medicines
6.4.1 Customers can purchase OTC medicines online for home delivery in Romania or pickup from EasyBox locations in Romania.
6.4.2 Healthy Medical can deliver OTC medicines across the EU.
6.4.3 General conditions for purchasing OTC medicines online are available in Terms & Conditions, article 15.
7. Payment Methods
7.1 Online Payment
7.1.1 Orders can only be paid online with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, or Maestro cards via Netopia’s secure platform.
7.1.2 Payment is made by entering card details on the secure payment page and authorized via 3D Secure.
7.1.3 After reviewing the order, the customer is redirected to the 3D Secure authorization page.
7.1.4 Authorization requires the static password from the issuing bank or app confirmation.
7.1.5 Since January 2021, 3D Secure 2 is required by issuing banks.
7.1.6 Payment is authorized and blocked at order placement; the amount is captured when the courier collects the products.

7.1.8 Orders not paid within 24 hours are canceled.
7.2 Online Payment in Installments
Not available for this product category.
8. Final Provisions
8.1 Large products cannot be delivered to EasyBox®. Product pages specify available delivery options. Maximum 20 products per order for volumetric limitations.
