Return and Warranty Policy
Legal Framework, Right of Withdrawal, and Legal Exceptions
According to Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, the consumer has the right* to notify the merchant in writing of their decision to withdraw from the purchase (to return partially or fully), without penalties and without providing a reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract.
*The consumer cannot unilaterally terminate (cannot return), according to Article 16, letters d), e), f) of OUG 34/2014, contracts for the supply of products which, by their nature, cannot be returned (e.g., supplements, cosmetics), or which may deteriorate or degrade rapidly, intimate hygiene products, and products that come into contact with mucous membranes.
Applicability
The right of return applies only to para-pharmaceutical (non-pharma) products ordered and paid for via Renadyl.ro / Renadyleurope.com. The regulations of OUG 34/2014 regarding consumer return rights do not apply to legal entities or to products ordered and paid for by them.
This policy does not apply to medicines, supplements, or vaccines presented on the website.
Return conditions refer specifically to online purchases of para-pharmaceutical/non-pharma products. Medicines and supplements cannot be returned.
This policy also does not apply to OTC medicines delivered within the EU, which cannot be returned.
Final Provisions
Renadyl.ro / Renadyleurope.com (Healthy Medical) makes continuous efforts to maintain accurate information on the website. Occasionally, minor discrepancies may occur: photographs are for informational purposes and may show accessories not included in the standard package, colors may differ, some specifications may be modified by the manufacturer without notice, or operational errors may occur.
